Services: Roofing, remodeling, and related construction services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By hiring M.C. Roofing & Remodeling or accessing our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.

2. Scope of Work

All work to be performed will be outlined in a written proposal or contract. Any changes, modifications, or additional requests outside of the agreed scope will require a signed change order and may result in additional charges.

3. Estimates & Payment

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Final payment is due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Permits & Approvals

Unless otherwise specified in writing, the Client is responsible for securing any necessary permits, inspections, or homeowner association approvals related to the project.

5. Project Timeline

We will make every effort to complete work within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather, material shortages, unforeseen conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for such delays.

6. Warranties

M.C. Roofing & Remodeling provides a limited workmanship warranty on labor, as outlined in the individual contract.

Manufacturer warranties apply to roofing materials and other installed products.

Normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or misuse are not covered.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide access to the property during scheduled work times.

Remove or protect personal belongings in work areas.

Ensure pets and children are kept away from work zones for safety.

8. Limitation of Liability

M.C. Roofing & Remodeling is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or conditions discovered during work.

Incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use of the property.

Landscaping, driveways, or other surfaces affected by necessary construction access, unless negligence is proven.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. The Client is responsible for payment of all work completed and materials purchased up to the termination date.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be settled through mediation or arbitration in Warren County, MS.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.

12. Modifications

M.C. Roofing & Remodeling reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes.
